I’m Iliya Rad, a 38-year-old web designer and front-end developer with over 23 years of professional experience across leadership, hospitality management, tourism operations and international communication.
My journey began in human resource management and hotel & restaurant leadership, where I developed strong communication, strategic thinking, and customer psychology skills. I also worked as an Arabic translator for tourists and business professionals.
Eventually, I transitioned into web development — combining creativity with technical precision. I specialize in creating high-performance websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and WordPress.
